If in the event that you receive a defective product, you are provided 7 days after receiving your package to notify us of the defect for it to be eligible for return or exchange. If you do not notify us of the product defect within this 7 day period it will be up to our discretion as to whether or not the item will be accepted for return. No exchanges.
Please note that return shipping requires pre-authorization. If return is approved, the return must be made with the supplied pre-prepared shipping labels. The customary amount charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
Items purchased from tornadokiss.com website are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days from the time of shipping transit. Items purchased outside of tornadokiss.com website are not eligible for a refund. Please note shipping costs, including upgraded or international shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the garment(s) back. Allow up to 14 or more days for your credit card or bank to process the refund. Items eligible for refund must be received back in new original condition, without signs of wear and with all packaging and tags attached, otherwise item(s) will be shipped back to the customer less shipping costs.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Request for exchange or refund must include a pre-authorization through an email request at email@example.com. Please indicate the reason for the return. This will help for an easy exchange or a no hassle refund. A return shipping label will be provide with a tracking number. Please note, customer is charged for the actual cost of the return shipping. Cost associated with return shipping is deducted from any refund due.
AUTHORIZED RETURN Guidelines:
1) Request a return via email whether you are exchanging or returning the garments for a refund to firstname.lastname@example.org. A return addressed label will generated and be provided to your email address for accepted returns.
3) Pack your item(s) and invoice with the original box and packaging with the return address label below.
4)Print your return label and mail back the original item within 7 business days.
